At Mann’s Distillery we blend time-honoured distillation techniques with a passion for botanicals and modern flavours.
Our range features meticulously crafted gin, vodka, whiskey, rum, and bitters, alongside a curated selection of botanical and flavour-infused liqueurs.
Each spirit is carefully distilled in small batches creating a collection that celebrates classic profiles and innovative flavours — ideal for both traditional sips and inspired cocktails.
Gin
White Tea Gin
Our signature spirit that we know you'll love.
A unique infusion of white tea, tropical fruit, juniper and spices.
Try it with a dash of Manns Orange Bitters for a fabulous Gin and Tonic.
40% ABV available in 750ml.
London Dry Gin
This classic ‘London Dry Gin’ is juniper forward with more citrus notes and a higher ABV than most Gins.
Why? Because we vapour infuse it with fresh citrus peel.

Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
We infuse our signature gin with strawberry and rhubarb extracts, then slightly sweeten it with organic cane sugar to create a beautiful tasting and looking product.
Tastes like Grandma's pie!

Grapefruit Gin
We use our London Dry Gin as a base and steep grapefruit peel and safflower to create a spirit with a unique colour and taste. No artificial colours or flavours used.
If you are a Negroni fan, then you have to try this.

Lavender Elderflower Gin
Our London Dry Gin is steeped in dried lavender from Weir's Lane Lavender & Apiary in Dundas, ON along with elderflower. Lavender can sometimes overpower a gin, but with the addition of the elderflower it adds a wonderful floral note to our premium LDG.

Lilac Gin
We take freshly picked Lilac from the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, ON and combine them in a steeping with Lavender and Rose to create the ultimate Floral Gin.

Vodka
Small Batch Vodka
We gently filter our premium vodka to create a smooth spirit that pairs well with any flavour- from sweet to savoury and dry to spicy.

Spruce Tip Vodka
We hand forage fresh spruce tips in the early spring when they are still delicate and citrusy. The natural pinene and limonene compounds in the tips are extracted by steeping in our Small Batch Vodka to create a very unique tasting spirit. Think "Forest floor after a summer rain"

Guava Rose Vodka
The guava fruit provides a strawberry/pear flavour with a slight floral note so the addition of the Rose enhances this and really makes the flavours jump out of this Vodka.

Grapefruit Thyme Vodka
We love grapefruit but wanted to find a way to tone down the sour notes without adding sugar. The Thyme accomplishes this - it accentuates the Grapefruit flavour so artificial sweeteners are not needed.

Watermelon Vodka
The essence of fresh watermelon will jump right out of the glass. This is a lovely vodka to use in any cocktail that calls for a fruit based spirit. Greatly enhanced by adding any of our citrus bitters.

Dill Pickle Vodka
Taking our Small Batch Vodka and infusing it with dill pickles, pickle juice and dried dill for weeks on end, we have developed a deliciously tangy and briny vodka that will enhance your favorite Caesar or Bloody Mary cocktail.

Vanilla Vodka
Our small batch Vodka infused with Vanilla.....creamy and luscious, this is wonderful in a Martini, Brown Cow, or White Russian.

Whisky & Rum
Mann’s Rum
A combination of blackstrap molasses and sugar are distilled and aged in Canadian Oak barrels and used Bourbon barrels.

Mann’s Spiced Rum
Our signature rum infused with the usual baking spices for a spiced rum (cinnamom, clove, star anise, allspice) and we also add Sarsaparilla root to give it a hint of root beer!

Canadian Whisky
Our initial release of Whisky is from a corn based mash. Notes of caramel, slight oak, and smooth vanilla.

Maple Whisky
Our initial release of Whisky is mixed with Maple Syrup locally produced at the Brantford Harlequin grounds.

Peanut Butter Whisky
Our Whisky is infused with Peanut Butter and Vanilla flavours with the addition of Cane sugar for a sweet sipping or shooting Whisky.

Liqueurs
Mann’s Coffee Liqueur
We infuse our liqueur with cocao nibs and ethically sourced coffee beans from Santa Da Vargem, Brazil which are roasted by local artisans - Altitude Coffee Roasters.
23% ABV available in 750ml.
Haskap Berry Liqueur
Our Haskaps are grown in Brant County - 5km away from the distillery. With a flavour profile somewhere between a Raspberry and Blueberry - we created this spirit for our Cocktail lounge as it adds a depth of flavour to our drinks along with a beautiful colour.
23% ABV available in 375ml.
Triple Sec Liequeur
We infuse our liqueur with fresh orange peel for 8 weeks before we lightly sweeten it to bring out the beautiful citrus notes. Bottled at 23% abv, this will greatly enhance any cocktail that calls for a Orange Liqueur such as Triple Sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier.

Dirty Chai Liqueur
We infuse our liqueur with Chai Tea specially blended by Tea in the Sahara, and marry it with our coffee liqueur to mimic the flavour of a Dirty Chai Latte. Great on it's own over ice or in a variety of cocktails to give the classic Chai spices influence.

Bitters
Bitters are a concentrated infusion of botanicals, herbs, and spices that add depth and complexity to cocktails and culinary creations.
At our distillery, we craft a wide range of bitters in-house, from classic aromatic and citrus bitters to more adventurous varieties like fig or rhubarb bitters.
Whether you’re elevating an Old Fashioned or adding a dash of complexity to your favorite dish, our bitters provide the perfect finishing touch.
With new flavors constantly being added, there’s always something fresh to explore.
